Location : Ukraine (Remote)

Your expertise :

  • 7+ years experience with creating software services
  • 3+ years experience in the Research & Development (R&D) projects
  • 3+ years experience in developing Machine Learning services in a Software Developer role
  • 2+ years experience in creating Machine Learning models, preferably Natural Language Processing
  • Experience with GenAI projects, preferably related to the text (not image, voice, etc.)
  • Experience with advanced Pro mpt Engineering practices
  • High proficiency in Python and its frameworks
  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Programming, Engineering, etc.)
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks and libraries
  • Substantial experience with Data Science or Data Analysis activities
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector databases
  • Experience in documenting AI services research and development (i.e., solution architecture, experiment plans, and reports)
  • Good understanding of object-oriented design principles (i.e., SOLID, GRASP, Cupid), functional programming, and microservice architecture
  • Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps principles
  • Maintaining personal pet AI projects, or strong research interests in AI
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improvement

Will definitely be a plus :

  • Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI / CD
  • Hands-on experience with AWS
  • Understanding of the safety and security in the development of services with LLM
  • Experience in assessing the quality of services with LLM
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning
