Business Process Automation Specialist @ Hiring and Dealing

We’re looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Business Process Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain internal automations for a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and podcasting products. They primarily serve attorneys across the United States, with expansion into other markets. The team is fast-paced, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on precision.

This is a permanent, remote position requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of automation tools. This role plays a key part in increasing operational efficiency across the agency, freeing their team to focus on high-impact, non-automatable tasks.

• Flexible 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 12 hours / day), with the option to work 5 days (8 hours / day) if preferred. You just need to overlap at least 5 hours with the New York time zone
