Senior Project Manager (with PMP certification) @ Kindgeek

The project is a NIOZ / NERC software development collaboration designed to integrate the different aspects of equipment management and ship programming, to streamline and integrate the process of delivering science cruises

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ( MUST );
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development projects;
• Proven success in managing large-scale SaaS implementations;
• Experience working with  B usiness analysis tasks , including requirements gathering and managing project scope'
• Strong leadership and team management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced English level;
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Proficiency with project management tools and software;
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones;, Lead project kickoff meetings, weekly progress meetings, and stakeholder reviews;, Coordinate closely with technical teams, end-user training leads, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment;, Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues;, Oversee adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and documentation;, Prepare detailed monthly status reports and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders;, Ensure seamless transition and integration from existing legacy systems to new solutions;, Manage project resources, and subcontractor engagements effectively;, Foster strong relationships with NOAA, subcontractors, and internal project teams.] Requirements : PMP Certificate Additionally : International projects.
