Job Overview
We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities
collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirementstranslate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration needslead efforts in system configuration and data mapping particularly involving APIs, third-party platforms, or internal system integrationssupport feature post-release validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectationsRequirements
3+ years in a system and business analyst roleexperience in IT, software development, or a similar domainFinTech, CFD tradingproficient in SQL for querying and analyzing dataproficient in Power BI (or any other Business Intelligence tools) for data modeling, creating dashboards, and publishing reportsknowledge of working with OLAP cubes and multidimensional data structuresfamiliarity with API documentation tools and basic understanding of REST API conceptsproficient in business requirements gathering and analysisstrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsfamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluencefamiliarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)English B2+ level in speaking is a mustsupplementary Education (Courses, Certificates) : Microsoft certifications related to Power BI and SQL Server (or certification on any other Business Intelligence tools).
