Functional Manager in Product Owners Team (#914)

Location : Remote (Ukraine)

Your expertise :

• Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of Business Analysis related experience (Product Owner / Functional Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst / Project Manager / Product Manager)
• 2+ years of proven experience in Web
• 2+ years of experience in Agile development
• Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Curiosity about the new tendencies in Product Ownership and Business analysis
• Working knowledge of data and process modeling (UML, BPMN etc.)
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and mock ups creation
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Setting clear goals and priorities. Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities. Quick learning
• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences
• Adept at handling adversity, tactful in conversations with executive leadership and operational leads alike
• Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
• Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills
• Strong English spoken and written communication skills
• Passionate about corporate education and people development
