About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing crypto wallets and crypto processing company with a strong foothold in the European market. With a team of 25+ professionals and plans to scale to 40 by the end of the year, the company is widely recognized and expanding aggressively across key segments. A rebranding and launch of a new website are currently underway to support their next growth phase.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager , your main mission will be to drive client acquisition and strengthen the company’s market presence. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle sales – from outreach and negotiation to onboarding – and act as a key face of the company at events and in client interactions. This is a fully remote role with travel across Europe for meetings and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound sales and warm introductions.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Represent the company at crypto, fintech, and tech industry events.
- Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and internal teams to align on strategy.
- Track sales progress and report regularly to leadership.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments.Solid understanding of crypto processing and wallet solutions.Fluency in Russian and English is a must.Proven ability to drive outbound sales and negotiate complex deals.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Located in the EU with flexibility to travel to events and client meetings.Key Soft Skills
