One of our companies is currently looking for a Project Manager in UKR / EU .

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead high-impact software development projects for top-tier clients in the financial sector. You will be responsible for managing communication with clients, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong grasp of technical processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across geographies. If you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and enjoy working closely with developers and QA, this could be a great fit.

Accountabilities :

  • Manage 1–2 concurrent software projects, each supporting a leading global financial client
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, including requirement gathering and progress updates
  • Coordinate development and QA teams across multiple international locations (Ukraine and Israel)
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and project scope, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client expectations
  • Present project status reports to internal stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration and address blockers or risks proactively

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing software development projects, with strong skills in timeline and scope management
  • Solid technical foundation, preferably with hands-on background in development or QA
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with external clients
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools
  • Bonus : Experience in financial services (FX, Fixed Income, algorithmic trading)
  • Bonus : Knowledge of Linux systems and basic command-line utilities, such as log analysis and regular expressions
