Masada is a fast-growing Israeli startup unlocking real estate opportunities in Ukraine for global investors. We blend deep local networks with international strategy to present Ukraine as Europe’s next real estate frontier. As we scale, we’re building a creative-first team to shape how the world sees, trusts, and interacts with our brand.

Mission :

Own every pixel and frame of our brand—across motion, UI, and visual identity. From kinetic reels that grab attention to clean investor dashboards that build trust, you’ll be the driving force behind the design story of Masada.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Motion Graphics & Video

  • Produce short-form reels, explainers, and animated infographics for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Junior Realtor to storyboard, edit, and ship high-impact 3–30 sec videos fast.

2. UI / UX & Web Design

  • Design flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect mockups (Figma) for investor portals, landing pages, and dashboards.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and consistent components.

    • 3. 2D & 3D Brand Assets

  • Create static visuals : banner ads, deck slides, printables, digital collateral.
  • Build simple 3D mockups (charts, logos, buildings) where needed to add motion depth or visual flair.

    • 4. Brand Ownership

  • Maintain and evolve our brand style guide : typography, motion behavior, colors, icon sets.
  • Ensure every visual—from WhatsApp sticker to pitch deck—feels coherent, modern, and premium.

    • 5. Creative Collaboration

  • Translate briefs from marketing, product, and founders into visual ideas.
  • Propose creative directions that serve performance : trust, clarity, lead gen.
  • Present your work, receive feedback, iterate quickly.

    Must-Have Skills :

  • 2+ years in professional motion design (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
  • UI / UX design proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
  • Adobe Creative Suite fluency (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • At least one 3D tool (Blender, Cinema4D, Spline, etc.).
  • Great eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy.
  • Strong time management with multiple parallel projects.

    • Bonus Skills :

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Lottie / web-native animation delivery.
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge to align with dev teams.
  • Strength in data visualization—clear ROI and performance graphics.
