We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Staffing Manager with hands-on Team Lead experience to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this high-ownership leadership role, you’ll oversee strategic hiring initiatives across the company, manage a team of staffing professionals, and act as the primary liaison and escalation point between delivery and recruitment. You’ll collaborate across departments and stakeholders, using your expertise to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
