WLDM is hiring a precise, proactive Operations Manager to streamline workflows, enforce accountability, and drive clarity across a growing digital marketing agency. If you've run ops in a fast-paced SEO or performance marketing environment, this role was built for you.

Compensation & Next Steps

  • 1250–$1500 USD / month based on experience

    What You’ll Own

  • Systemize everything : Build and refine ops processes that scale across SEO, data science, and link building verticals.
  • Drive project execution : Translate strategy into clear workflows, manage timelines, and ensure team alignment—no loose ends.
  • Solve problems fast : Spot bottlenecks before they slow us down, and fix them without being told twice.
  • Lead with metrics : Track ops performance, surface insights, and improve throughput across departments.
  • Support leadership : Partner with the Head of Operations to run high-impact projects and onboard new service lines.

    Who You Are

  • 1+ years in operations or project management at a digital marketing agency
  • Systems thinker who thrives on optimizing complexity
  • Sharp communicator—written and verbal—with zero tolerance for ambiguity
  • Master of tools : ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, Loom, SOP creation
  • Comfortable managing remote teams across time zones, independently
