We’ve also maintained a top-rated G2 ranking for 5 years in a row by delivering exceptional client service.We are looking for a professional Junior Account Executive to join the Ideals Virtual Data Room EMEA team remotely. In this role, your main objective will be managing incoming requests from prospective clients across EMEA and converting them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques.You'll directly impact our rapid scaling globally and drive meaningful change to how the world's most important business decisions are made.
What you will do
- Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers from the assigned territory
- Help customers to solve customer’s complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques
- Deliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping sales process compliant
- Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
- Collect and share the market insights to improve the sales process
- Deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
- Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed lost deals to convert them into customers
What you bring
