Position : Regional Sales Manager (Ukraine)
Location : Ukraine (remote from home office, excluding business trips)

We have an interesting career opportunity for a skilled Sales Manager in an international machine tools industry company with an EU Head office in Germany.
Our Partner is one of the world's leading manufacturers of cutting-edge and high-precision CNC machine tools, software and automation, offering a broad portfolio of turning centers, milling machines and multifunctional solutions, with its own production facilities in Korea. With over 40 years of industry leadership, the company serves a global customer base in key sectors such as aerospace, automotive, energy, defense, medical, IT and construction.
To achieve our Partner's ambitious goals in the CEE region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will become a local sales representative of the company and will be responsible for the development of the Ukrainian market.
Main Responsibilities :
- Management and development of existing customer accounts together with the local dealer
- Negotiation of contracts and framework agreements
- Competent and customer-specific technical consultation on the companys products
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations
- Definition and analysis of relevant target industries as well as market and competitor analysis
- Support and assistance with product launches
- Contribution to and implementation of strategic sales concepts and methodologies
- Participation in international trade fairs and planning of customer events
- Willingness to travel within Ukraine to customers and dealer
Qualifications and professional experience :
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, or strong professional background in CNC salesIdeally past experience with CNC machine sales and dealer management, especially in the field of turning and milling machinesConfident use of common MS Office tools, especially Excel and WordBasic knowledge of SAP R3 / ERP is an advantageService-oriented approach, customer-friendly demeanor, and enjoyment of direct customer interactionFluent Ukrainian and English skills, both spoken and writtenThe position requires business trips to the dealer, customers, events and trade fairs, as well as occasionally to HQ in GermanyWe offer :
