We are looking for a talented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a data-driven mindset to help create data-driven strategies that maximize the efficiency and productivity of our clients' services. Our BI analysts have experience in various business domains, technologies, and product design.
Our company works across almost all business domains, allowing BI analysts to apply their skills in the area that interests them the most : Health & Care / Life Science (pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, animal health, etc.), Finance / Investment Banking (banking, fintech, etc.), Supply Chain, Retail, Tourism, and many more.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
Transform business needs into technical requirementsBuild data models to meet current and strategic business objectivesWork directly with data and impact the final product / service outcome (data cleansing, data validation, data profiling, etc.)Participate in designing modern architectural solutions (DWH, Data Lake, DLH, Data Vault, Data Factory, Data Platform, etc.)Collaborate with various data specialists (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data DevOps, Data Stewards, etc.) and serve as the primary data source for themCooperate with stakeholders at different levels, project and technical managers throughout the product / service lifecyclePlan and conduct activities to identify requirements, dependencies, blockers, etc., by engaging stakeholders from both business and ITIdentify and resolve issues related to the current and future state of data, improving data qualityPrototype business needs using various BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Qlik, Plotly, etc.)Influence the development process by managing the backlogRequirements
2+ years of experience as a business analyst / data analyst in BI / DWH projects (Big Data projects are a plus)Knowledge of RDBM / NoSQL DBS / Data Lake / DWHProficiency in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL / SnowSQL / HiveQL and / or any scripting language (Python / R / JavaScript)Skills in data modeling and creating ETL specificationsProficiency with modern data visualization toolsExperience working with Agile teamsExcellent communication skills for managing client expectations, presenting, and delivering interim and final project results to stakeholdersAbility to work individually or in a team without supervisionUpper-Intermediate (B2+) level English for communication with business and IT teams working in different countriesWe offer
