Responsible for content creation across our various brands, you need to be a master craftsman, with an excellent command of the written word and unbeatable English.
Working alongside our Product, Publishing, Marketing and Internet teams, you will consistently develop quality on-brand content, across a diverse range of customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with products and services, Marketing and Internet teams to ensure tone of voice of each brand is unique and relevant to the audience
- Create compelling, original web content for landing pages, banners and emails in the brand voice (approachable, engaging, clear, contextual, customer-centered, action-oriented)
- Incorporate best-practice SEO techniques into all copy created
- Work with marketing team to edit and refine product descriptions, with a dual-focus on a customer-oriented and SEO outcome
- Collaborate with Internet Design team to integrate copy into designs
- Develop operational and transactional copy for the website, as needed
Requirements
2 + years of experience in creative copywriting in a professional capacity OR copy creation in a marketing and communications role that could translate to onlineExcellent reading and written language skills (English)Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to effectively foster cross-functional relationships across teams (e.g. Marketing, Merchandising, Internet)Excellent organisational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or English preferredSelf-motivated with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
