The Job
What You’ll Be Doing :
Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct communication.Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet retention and engagement targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention efforts with broader marketing and product goals.Leverage data and insights to fine-tune campaign messaging, timing, and targeting.Continuously test new ideas to improve customer lifecycle performance and reduce churn.The Profile
