The Job

Our client is looking for an experienced professional who can build and scale the affiliate direction for our casino and sportsbook.

General Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in affiliate marketing.
  • Brand experience – an advantage.
  • Successful experience in European markets, with priority GEOs currently being : Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, the Baltic States, and all other countries in Europe.

    • The Profile

    Skills and Competencies :

  • Own network of partners working with RS, Hybrid, and Fix models (CPA is currently on hold until we streamline processes, after which we will connect high-margin sources).
  • Experience in entering new markets with successful launch case studies.
  • Ability to build a department focused on traffic acquisition using the RS model.
  • Experience working with influencers, social media, SEO teams, PPC / ASO teams, and review sites.
  • Deep understanding of traffic metrics, traffic analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to make tactical improvements based on data analysis and weekly insights from the analytics team.

    • Conditions :

  • Remote work (country of residence is not important).
  • Resources : budgets, analytics, and a team (3 people, with the potential for additional hiring).
