Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a high-performance image processing system capable of processing up to terabytes of 3D images and raster images per day. Availability 24 / 7
• Implement algorithms and techniques to efficiently process and analyze images, including image segmentation, feature extraction, and object recognition
• Develop tools and applications (back-end) to visualize and manipulate 3D images and point cloud data
• Optimize processing speed and memory usage for maximum efficiency
• Implement database management solutions to store and retrieve image data efficiently
• Implement integration with embedded devices via gRPC protocol.
• Collaborate with other team members, including microscope hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the image processing system with the overall workflow.
