Senior SDET @ LaSoft

We’re seeking a Senior SDET to enhance the quality and reliability of our expanding suite of SaaS platforms. In this role, you’ll build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, partner closely with developers to improve testability, and play a key role in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You’ll have a strong voice in designing, building, and releasing software, bringing a quality-first mindset from architecture through deployment. We'd love to meet you if you're passionate about test automation, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy making systems more robust.

What You’ll Do

• Build automation frameworks for API, integration, UI, and performance testing that are scalable and easy to maintain
• Integrate testing into CI / CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable feedback
• Collaborate with developers and QA to improve testability and ensure full coverage of edge cases
• Enhance system testability by shaping API contracts, promoting clean architecture, and supporting mocking / stubbing of external systems
• Lead debugging efforts, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve system reliability
• Enhance system observability to detect and address issues early in development
• Drive process improvements that boost testing effectiveness and reduce release cycle time
• Ensure alignment with security, scalability, and performance standards
