We are looking for a Java Development Team Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a team in a complex technical environment, deep-diving into the business context of the solution, and validating technical solutions with their impact on business flows.
With deep hands-on experience in Java, Azure, and Microservice architecture / patterns, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Java programming1+ years of relevant leadership experienceProven proficiency in the Spring framework (Core, MVC, Boot)Deep hands-on experience with Azure and Microservice architecture / patternsSolid understanding of clean code principles and practicesThorough knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and application designAbility to actively participate in architecture discussions and make decisions at a low levelExperience in leading a team of 10-12 engineers, including backend, AQAs, and performance QAExceptional problem-solving abilitiesFast learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologiesProactive mindset with excellent communication skills in spoken and written EnglishNice to have
