We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions based on the Salesforce platform. You will lead a team of developers and QAs, actively participate in the EPAM Technical Architecture community, and adhere to EPAM development standards and best practices.

- Design and deliver solutions based on the Salesforce platform
- Lead a team of developers and QAs

- Assist in providing design / time estimates for planning or pre-sales purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Solution ArchitectDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teamsStrong expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform productsKnowledge of design patterns / enterprise architectureExcellent knowledge of Salesforce product lifecycle and implementation toolchainProficiency in GitGood understanding of project delivery methodologiesGeneral knowledge of testing processes and types of tests availableAbility to work in a client-facing roleExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishNice to have
Experience with SF Health Cloud, SF Data Cloud, and CPQWe offer
