Python Tech / Team Lead Engineer

PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Our client is an innovative leader in professional sports entertainment in Germany, focused on delivering high-energy competitions and enhancing fan engagement.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL : - Managing all technical processes, communicating with involved people inside and outside the team; - Build & Design efficient, secure, and reusable systems and abstractions;  - Design and develop key engineering components that align with leading edge technology roadmap;  - Strong proponent and advocate for best-in-class CI / CD process; - Code review and apply automated tests;  - Participation in the Agile Product Development Life Cycle;  - Work with the development community to ensure we build sustainable digital product;  - Ensuring efficient delivery of a scrum team.

IF YOU HAVE : - 6+ years of professional experience building advanced solutions with Python;  - 2+ years of leading experience would be needed;  - Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles in system design, scalability; - Passion for technology and ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly; - Experience building RESTful Web API;  - Experience deploying / managing applications in AWS including CI / CD pipelines (nice to have).  - Experience in collaboration with ML engineers to integrate AI / ML logic into the Python backend (nice to have);  - Experience with projects with Mobile native development (nice to have).
