Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP FICO solutions and driving finance transformation initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, including full lifecycle experience
  • Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules in alignment with business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Integrate SAP FICO with core upstream modules such as SD, MM, WM, and Payroll
  • Provide expert consultancy to clients, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management

Requirements

  • 3+ years SAP FICO experience
  • Multiple full lifecycle experience, at least 2 implementations
  • Finance integration with core upstream modules including SD, MM, WM, Payroll, etc
  • A broad range of configuration and business process content knowledge in the main components of financial accounting and controlling : bank accounting, cash management, asset management, projects systems, and project accounting
  • The capability of executing and facilitating workshops, leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
  • Strong client-facing consulting capability and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for finance transformation and benefit delivery
  • Desire to contribute to the finance team and SAP practice strategy
  • A recognized accountancy qualification is a distinct advantage
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
