About the Role : We are looking for a Middle+ / Senior Fullstack QA Engineer who is good at both manual and automation testing. This role involves a balance of functional, exploratory, and regression testing, as well as the ability to develop and maintain automation tests. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and system analysts to make sure our products meet the highest quality standards. Project stack : Ruby on Rails (6+), PostgreSQL, React, Typescript on the frontend, Docker, AWS infrastructure, implementing k8s; configured CI / CD on Jenkins, using BitBucket. Autotest stack : rails / rspec / capybara / site_prism

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Deep understanding of manual and automation QA processes.
  • Ability to determine the scope of testing for new product areas.
  • Experience in testing documentation creation and requirements analysis.
  • Experience in writing automated tests and debugging them (we use Ruby, but are open to candidates from other stacks).
  • Ability to analyze the causes of bugs and propose methods for prevention.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to share experience and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Desire to actively participate in building testing processes in the company

  • Understanding and ability to apply non-functional testing principles (security and performance).

    Design, develop, and execute comprehensive checklists and test cases in TMS (Qase)., Create, maintain, and enhance automated tests to improve testing efficiency and coverage across various features. Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects not covered by automation., Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and define testing scope., Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
