Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Habitat for Humanity’s programs in Ukraine . Reporting to the Program Lead, the Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Habitat for Humanity’s programs in Ukraine. The PM is responsible for the overall development, management, planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs implemented under the area of responsibility and brings together the different projects components and ensures quality and timely reports to the donor. This includes line-managing program departments and collaborating with other operational departments within the organization. The PM is a key representative of Habitat for Humanity Ukraine in the community and with partners.

This position is to be based ideally in Lviv, Ukraine and the starting salary is 113 000 UAH / month (based on previous experience + benefits).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Program Implementation

• Supervise the implementation, monitoring, development and evaluation of the programmes in collaboration with the project teams and sets targets as included in the project description
• Prepare regular updates of programme activities work-plan and related financial plan, ensuring timely and quality guidelines and in line with the projects and sector-specific strategies
• In collaboration with the MEAL team develop tools to assess, analyse and evaluate the project’s impact
• Perform regular field visits to the project locations to ensure the quality of the intervention in compliance with the internal and donors’ standard
• Work closely with the SMEs to oversee partnership implementation and regularly update on progress to the Program Lead.
• In collaboration with Program Lead and SMEs design and develop proposals and concept notes / revise project proposals and proactively engage with new donors.
• Coordinate with the program team to develop new intervention ideas to scale up the current response supporting refugees IDPs and returnees in Ukraine.
