Company Brief :
We are supporting a privately owned company that distributes marine dock parts and supplies, with a strong and growing e-commerce operation in Florida. The business serves both B2B and B2C customers and relies heavily on its digital channels to drive sales, support customer experience, and scale efficiently across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Owning the end to end e-commerce operation across Shopify as the primary platform
- Managing and supporting the back office and digital team
- Overseeing technical, operational, and day to day e-commerce activities
- Acting as the main point of contact for agencies and third party vendors
- Representing the company on technical, operational, and integration related calls
- Managing product additions, integrations, customer service escalations, and platform issues
- Ensuring the team is aligned, productive, and clear on priorities
- Running regular check ins and one on ones with direct reports
- Coordinating with in person staff as it relates to e-commerce operations
- Communicating clearly with company owners on progress, issues, and priorities
- Getting hands on when needed to resolve issues or unblock the team

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience in a live e-commerce environmentProven experience maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting Shopify storesExperience managing or supporting marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay and MoreBackground working in product-based or multi-channel e-commerce businessesStrong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations and workflowsComfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervisionAble to manage day-to-day execution while overseeing team output and prioritiesAbility to work fully during Eastern Standard Time business hoursNice to Have Skills
