We are hiring for the position of a Product Manager.

Responsibility :

1.New product development

Analyze of the market and collect end user requirements for crop protection products development, Identify potential products for registration.

Develop completed CPP portfolio for all crops

2.Field / demon trials of crop protection products

Prepare plans and protocols of field / demo trials

Organize and manage all field trial process

Report and communicate results with the technical department.

Prepare presentation and materials for demon / exhibition base on trials.

3.Technical Support

Preparation of technical marketing materials and recommendations

Provide agronomic support to local customers during the growing season, fields’ observation and advisory.

Control and collect feedback on products efficacy from the market.

Assist local customers for all relating demo, field days, farmer meetings.

Organize seminars to customers and farmers.

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION

Agronomist major and High degree

Experience of 3- 5 years in the related activities of the crop protection segment.

Practical experience in field trials.

Good communication skills. Result oriented efficient work.

Good team player and fluent in English. Native Ukrainian language.

Confident PC user.

Driving license – category B.

Well self-organized and autonomy work abilities.
