you have are

• 3+ years of experience in  Hard Surface Realistic Environment 3D Art within the game industry;
• 1+ year of experience in a  Lead or Sub-Lead position;
• Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, shading, optimization, and environment assembly workflows;
• Ability to estimate tasks, define scopes, and create / maintain production guidelines;
• Experience managing teams of  5-10  artists  or leading  1-3  projects simultaneously;
• Excellent communication skills : ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and lead team discussions;
• Experience with project tools (Jira, P4, SVN, etc.);
• Problem-solving mindset : ability to identify pipeline issues, propose improvements, and escalate risks on time;
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level , as the role requires active participation in client calls, daily communication with producers, and written documentation in English. The candidate must be confident in both spoken and written communication to ensure smooth collaboration with international teams;
• Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine) – confident understanding of engine workflows, asset implementation, scene setup, and performance optimization;
• Problem-solving mindset : ability to identify pipeline issues, propose improvements, and escalate risks on time.
