SERM / Reputation Manager

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 3+ years in SEO, SERM, or brand protection within the iGaming industry;
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, black hat tactics, and suppression techniques;
• Strong existing network of SEO/SERM vendors (ideally tested within iGaming verticals);
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, Google Search Console, etc.);
• Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills;
• Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
  

📋 Your daily adventures:

• Develop and execute our SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) strategy to ensure positive brand visibility across search engines;
• Detect and counteract brand impersonation, scam sites, clone domains, or misleading SERP results;
• Coordinate and manage external SEO/SERM partners working across all company products;
• Monitor branded queries to suppress negative or unauthorized content using technical SEO, link building, and other tactics;
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams on brand safety initiatives;
• Conduct regular SERP audits, competitor analysis, and reporting on brand-related traffic risks;
• Actively manage and grow our vendor database — selecting only those with proven iGaming experience.
