Job Description
We are looking for an Intern for the Organization Development department to assist with various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our company's internal processes and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities :
- Communication with different departments, collection, and analysis of information, reports providing;
- Participation in the improvement of the company’s business processes, and internal projects;
- Coordinating campaign on employees’ awareness of corporate policies, testing platform management;
- Assist with different administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Good oral and written English (upper-intermediate and higher level is required);Effective communication and interpersonal skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables);Analytical mindset and attention to details;Tactfulness, and ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines.We offer :
