The Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can build and scale the affiliate direction for our casino and sportsbook.

General Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in affiliate marketing.
• Brand experience – an advantage.
• Successful experience in European markets, with priority GEOs currently being : Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, the Baltic States, and all other countries in Europe.

Ideal Profile

Skills and Competencies :

Own network of partners working with RS, Hybrid, and Fix models (CPA is currently on hold until we streamline processes, after which we will connect high-margin sources).

Experience in entering new markets with successful launch case studies.

Ability to build a department focused on traffic acquisition using the RS model.

Experience working with influencers, social media, SEO teams, PPC / ASO teams, and review sites.

Deep understanding of traffic metrics, traffic analysis, and performance evaluation.

Ability to make tactical improvements based on data analysis and weekly insights from the analytics team.
