Summary

The Senior Intelligence Consultant role supports Ukrainian clients in the public and private sectors, focusing on technical implementation and customer success. Responsibilities include onboarding and configuring the Recorded Future platform, addressing client intelligence needs, and advancing client security programs. The role involves tight deadlines, senior leadership communication, event representation, and delivering measurable client success.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Engagements & Training (65%)

• Deploy client projects such as workshops, advanced training, and intelligence requirement development.
• Master and adapt Recorded Future products for diverse audiences.
• Manage project tracking via ticketing dashboards and customer management tools.
• Provide ad hoc technical troubleshooting and continuously improve engagement methodologies.

Relationship Building (15%)
