The Opportunity

We’re hiring on behalf of a global AdTech company operating at the intersection of mobile data, programmatic advertising, and user monetization. The company’s platform integrates with over 500,000 mobile apps, leveraging real-time first-party data to power audience targeting and advertising at scale.

They’re looking for a Professional Services Team Leader to manage and grow the technical integrations function — a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for global partners including DSPs, data platforms, and performance marketers.

You’ll lead a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of partner integrations — and play a central role in building out the team and operational framework as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and mentor a small technical team focused on integrating third-party partners into a real-time data and monetization platform.
• Lead full-lifecycle integrations for external AdTech partners — including DSPs, SSPs, data vendors, and app monetization platforms.
• Own technical onboarding operations : planning, execution, documentation, QA, and handoff to support teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners during onboarding and live operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to troubleshoot integration issues and resolve platform-level challenges (e.g., data quality, latency, bidding flows).
• Build internal tooling to support better partner diagnostics, testing, and automation.
• Shape the future of the Professional Services function by contributing to hiring, process design, and team structure.
