Strategic Research Assistant

Intetics is seeking a Strategic Research Assistant, a professional who combines analytical thinking, organizational discipline, and curiosity for technology and business growth.

This is a hybrid role that blends strategic research and idea generation.

We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious individual who can turn information into insight and ideas into actionable plans.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research on business, technology, and partnership topics, using AI tools and online databases.
• Identify new ideas for business growth and lead generation, based on market trends, competitors, and innovation analysis.
• Prepare concise reports, briefs, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Track industry developments and summarize key findings relevant to Intetics’ strategic goals.
• Assist with content preparation for meetings, presentations, and external communications (data, outlines, background info).
• Perform selected administrative and coordination tasks - scheduling, vendor communication, documentation, and follow-up tracking.
• Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) for research automation, content generation, and productivity.
• Attend online conferences / webinars and deliver structured summaries.
