What you'll do

Social media & community

• Own the content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram, aligned to campaigns and key events with a consistent posting cadence.

• Develop creative concepts and scenarios (static, video, Reels, Stories) that hold to our brand voice, and shape them hand-in-hand with brand designer.

• Build formats and materials that engage our community: leading Ukrainian founders, investors, Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and board members.

• Partner with other Endeavor offices to co-create and distribute content that keeps the Ukrainian office connected to the global network.

• Capture quotes, insights, and behind-the-scenes moments at events for storytelling afterward.

• Own the numbers: grow followers and subscribers, and lift organic reach and engagement toward the targets set out below.

Content production

• Write, edit, and publish blog articles and updates for the Endeavor Ukraine website that reflect our expertise and impact.

• Contribute copy and production support to larger content projects, including the Ukrainian tech ecosystem report and video productions.

• Keep website copy fresh and on-brand, from news and founder updates to programming pages.

Newsletter

• Write and help shape the monthly Endeavor Ukraine newsletter, keeping the network current on ecosystem news, investment announcements, founder wins, and events.

Brand & collaboration

• Contribute to large-scale Endeavor Ukraine brand projects, including concepts, scenarios, and copywriting, in close collaboration with the MarComm team and brand designer.

Your work drives three positioning goals for Endeavor Ukraine:

• Make Endeavor the name founders, investors, and operators associate with high-impact entrepreneurship, a community people want to be part of, follow, and talk about.

• The go-to source on Ukraine's tech ecosystem. Through the ecosystem report, founder stories, and consistent, credible content, make Endeavor Ukraine the reference point that media, investors, and founders turn to when they want to understand Ukrainian tech.

• A globally visible champion of Ukrainian founders. Put Ukrainian founders and their stories on international stages and in tier-1 media, and keep our office connected to the wider Endeavor network — so Ukraine's tech story is heard far beyond its borders.

Must-Have

• Curiosity, applied. You're genuinely interested in high-growth companies, scaleups, Ukrainian and global tech ecosystem and trends.

• 2+ years in marketing, communications, content, or social media, ideally in tech, media, creative agencies, or startups.

• Portfolio. A portfolio that shows range and craft across formats.

• Craft and taste. Strong instincts and an eye for detail. Your work is clean, considered, and consistently on-brand — and you know why a choice works.

• Drive. You're ambitious and take real ownership of your work. You hold yourself to a high and rising bar, and you follow through.

• Business and brand awareness. You understand who a piece is for and what it's meant to achieve, and you let that shape your decisions, not just the aesthetics.

• Team spirit. You're a team player, glad to pitch in where the team needs a hand.

• Proficient in Ukrainian and English: you can write naturally in each, so copy reads native, not translated.

• Strong copywriting and editorial instincts: you can move from a punchy caption to a polished long-form article without dropping quality.

• Comfortable shaping visual and video content, and collaborating closely with designers.

• Organized self-starter who can own a calendar, hold a cadence, and see projects through.

Location

Being based in Kyiv matters for this role. We're flexible on working hours and don't expect daily office presence, but this one is a firm requirement: we can only consider candidates already based in Kyiv or planning to relocate here.
