Improve regional service efficiency by analyzing demand and supply, competitors, and seasonality; build operational strategies to grow supply and improve order fulfillmentLaunch services in new cities and scale the existing ones by assessing regional potential, opening new zones, reviving underperforming cities, and improving local service qualityManage a team of city and regional managers, ensuring high operational quality, SLA compliance, and operational disciplineImprove key operational metrics : Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate, Response Time, Driver Availability, Supply HoursBuild an effective driver funnel from registration to stable activity; optimize quality, ratings, penalties, and churnLaunch local campaigns to attract and retain drivers : partnerships, referral programs, and incentivesImprove offline centers and verification points to ensure a steady inflow of high-quality supplyQuickly resolve regional incidents and service issues, including driver shortages, mass cancellations, safety, and fraudBuild dashboards and regular operational plans, conduct data analysis, and initiate improvementsShare city-level insights with product teams to launch experiments and improve the experience for drivers and passengersMake decisions based on data by building hypotheses, validating them through analytics, and forming growth strategies based on metricsPerform deep analysis of operational data to identify bottlenecks in driver funnels and city team operations using correlation and causal analysisThe skills we are looking for
3+ years of experience in operations management in marketplace, logistics, last-mile delivery, ride-hailing, or FMCGExperience managing teams of 10+ peopleUnderstanding of unit economics, key marketplace metrics, and ride-hailing industry specificsStrong process management skills, including building SLAs and KPIsConfident use of Excel / Google Sheets, a strong analytical and forecasting mindsetExperience building dashboards and defining requirements for their creationKnowledge of statistical analysis methods (mean, median, dispersion, correlation, hypotheses)Understanding of A / B testing, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling principlesExperience working with formulas, pivot tables, and data import / exportAbility to integrate multiple data sources and automate reportingData-driven approach to every decision, strong analytical mindset, and ability to manage through metricsAbility to think in numbers and make decisions based on data, not intuitionAbility to quickly scrutinize complex datasets, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusionsAdditional skills
