- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
- Strong service orientation, sense of urgency and quality, along with a high level of flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
