The Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Business Development lead in day-to-day activities.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present and demonstrate products / services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
