Right now we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Solution Engineer to join our technical / implementation team. You are going to work closely with Polish market. The Solution Engineer will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and delivering data-driven solutions that support analytics, reporting, and critical business decision-making. You will be a key technical liaison, translating complex business needs into robust, functional data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Pipeline Development & Integration : Design, build, and maintain robust ETL / ELT pipelines to collect, clean, and structure data from multiple systems. Write and maintain API integrations to extract data from external platforms (CRMs, LMS, marketing tools, internal databases, etc.).
• Automation : Automate recurring data tasks using scripting languages like Python or R.
• Data Visualization & Solutions : Use low-code platforms (e.g., Coda, Retool, Power BI, Google Spreadsheets) to visualize and present data in accessible, actionable dashboards and visual stories for business stakeholders.
• Data Modeling & Storage : Create and manage data models optimized for analytics and business operations. Work with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
• Data Quality & Monitoring : Implement checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Proactively monitor and resolve pipeline issues.
• Business Collaboration : Understand business objectives to design data solutions aligned with goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
