Job Summary :
The HR Coordinator will support various HR activities and initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Ukrainian. The HR Coordinator will assist with preboarding and onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preboarding & Onboarding : Manage the preboarding process, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and complete required paperwork before their start date. Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, introduction to team members, and setup of workstations. Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company, providing ongoing support during their initial period.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies etc. Manage HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees.
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Performance Management : Assist managers with performance improvement plans and follow-up actions. Monitor and track employee performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Learning & Development : Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees. Maintain training records and track employee participation. Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee growth.
- Compliance & Policies : Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with local laws and regulations. Communicate HR policies and practices to employees and ensure adherence. Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
- HR Projects & Initiatives : Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and plans.
